The standard Partnership Program package covers the following sections:
- The branding Roots 2 STEM provides to the licensee
- Curriculum, courses, and camps for students of all ages
- Knowledge on how to run and operate a STEM education business
- Operational support that provides the procedures for running a STEM education business
- Services provided by Roots 2 STEM to its licensee
- License fees to be paid by licensee to Roots 2 STEM
